The Harrow Road Underpass is situated on the A404 in London, a significant feeder route heading from Paddington in a North-westerly direction through to Wembley. Operating purely on a photocell based controls system, a select number of lighting “stages” are created within the tunnel according to external ambient conditions.

Previously lit with traditional Low Pressure Sodium street lights, the introduction of white LED lighting has completely transformed the underpass.
